Tech Lead (JS, TS, Node) (offline)

We are looking for a Tech Lead Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will manage Front-end, Back-end, and QA web developers to build amazing products. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Responsibilities:
⬥ At least 2 years of previous experience as a Technical Lead
⬥ Leading a team of Back-end, Front-end and QA developers
⬥ Maintaining and improve existing code
⬥ Perform code reviews, highlighting areas to improve both the products and team
⬥ Architect and manage the development of multiple products
⬥ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
⬥ Knowledge of the Agile manifesto and SCRUM
⬥ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills:
⬥ Experienced working with ReactJS, Redux.
⬥ Expert knowledge of NodeJS/Python (Django)/Golang and design patterns
⬥ Familiar with RESTful APIs and MicroServices
⬥ Very good knowledge of Linux, Docker, Jenkins and Cloud infrastructure
⬥ Understanding front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM or Yarn
⬥ Familiar with code versioning tools Git
⬥ Very good your written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to have:
⬥ Experience working with Unit-Tests
⬥ NextJS knowledge
