Customer Success/Support Manager (offline)

Aitheon team is looking for a Customer Success/Support Manager, who is NOT a conservative 9-to-6pm blind instruction follower — that’s not the way we work!

Required skills
Fluent English is a must (C1, C2)
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
Ability to take initiative and learn new technologies in a short time
Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage personal time efficiently
Reading comprehension and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Thinking outside the box
Self-discipline and patience
Basic sales skills
Experience with tools like Zendesk, VoIP, etc., is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in the customer service area

24/7 accept live chats, calls, emails in shifts (night shifts are mandatory!)

Problems solving
Answer all incoming questions
Make presales and up-sales
Conduct training for users on how to use the service
