Mobile QA engineer (middle) (offline)

Задачи:
- Отвечать за качество продуктов (тестирование основного мобильного приложения компании на iOS/Android и нескольких дополнительных web app.
- Мануальное тестирование.
- Продумывание и написание тест-планов.
- Заведение багов в джире, контроль за их устранением.
- Technical Customer Support — отвечать на запросы пользователей, у которых что-то поломалось, в почту и комментарии в AppStore и Google Play Market.

Требования:
- Опыт тестирования мобильных приложений от 2х лет.
- Придумывание и написание каверзных сценариев и тест-кейсов, как «поломать» продукт и выловить побольше багов на тесте.
- Product Mindset.
- Внимательность к мелочам: замечаешь баги дизайна и не соответствие макету.
- Дотошность и системность.
- Настойчивость: ты обязательно доводишь баги до состояния «fixed», а не просто заносишь их в джиру.
- Умеешь общаться с пользователями (в т.ч. на англ), чтобы понять, где и почему у них поломалось.
- Умеешь пользоваться Postman, Charles или аналогами.
- Базовые знания скриптового языка (JavaScript например).
- Знаешь как достать из айфона логи.
