Business Development Manager (offline)

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Developing proposals for clients;
- Building and developing the sales department;
- Creating Knowledge Base & Flows for sales and lead generators to scale this department in the future;
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills;
- Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation;
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products;
- Promoting the company and its products.


Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Excellent business communication skills;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level English (practical experience of written and verbal communication with native English-speaking people is strongly desired);
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Experience managing and directing a sales team;
- Dedication to providing great customer service;
- Ability to lead a sale team;
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words;
- Willingness to self-development;
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.


Advantage will be given to those candidates, who have:
- Experience with closed deals;
- General understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of IT outsourcing market;
- Understanding Marketing for IT industry
- Knowledge of other foreign languages, except English.
