Senior QA (offline)

The Kansys Edge, formerly known as Metranet/ECB, is a unique, best-in-class enterprise billing software system. As an all-in-one solution it can handle both billing and settlement in the same system and in real time.
Reporting in to the R&D department, the Sr. QA Engineer is responsible for the ongoing testing and quality assurance of our flagship product, ensuring that development and releases are of the utmost quality, adhere to corporate standards and processes, and successfully meet customer demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
• Define test cases to enforce acceptance criteria, and ensure quality and security standards are met
• Work with local and remote teams (US and Ukraine).
• Help build a culture of QA and security awareness, driving QA focus into all aspects of the development organization
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
• 5+ years as part of an enterprise software development QA team
• Strong knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
• Experienced with variety of modern SDLC development tools for requirements handling, defect tracking, code control, test management, performance testing, etc.
• Experience with multiple technology stacks (C#; RDBMS, No-SQL; SOAP and REST as a plus)
• Enthusiastic, team-first mentality
