Duties:
- Work in collaboration with the CEO to develop, plan, and implement a company's growth strategy.
- Setting up sales processes, managing a sales team.
- Building tasks for the team.
- Formation of ICP, determining the needs of the client’s business, and conducting customer research.
- Search and qualification of potential customers;
- Organization of business correspondence with potential customers, negotiating with them to conclude a contract;
- Organize the maintenance of data, statistics and reporting for each active client in CRM;
- Organize reporting on weekly and monthly results.
Required skills
- Experience as a business development manager, sales manager or related position.
- Experience in sales of IT services in the USA, EU, Australia, etc.
- Proven sales track record.
- Flexible, motivated, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, successful negotiation experience, understanding of how to build relationships with partners.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
