Proxy Product Owner (offline)

Job requirements:
- Work experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, preferably in an E-Commerce domain or data-driven products
- Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Flexibility to work under changing requirements
- Stakeholders, KPI management
- English level: advanced

As a plus:
- Marketing and/or technical background
- Certified Scrum Product Owner / CSPO
- Experience with data-driven products
- Portfolio management
- Work in SAFe environment
- Dutch language

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item
- Manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders
- Work together with the Scrum team to make requirements clear, connect people to achieve those high-level alignments on the team scope
- Own and manage domain quarter goals

Project description:
The Client is a full-service marketing agency for thousands of web shops that want to sell products online. As an extension of the online marketing department of the affiliated web shops, our Client product daily increases the turnover, market share and customer portfolio of its customers.
Our team is responsible for setting up and managing the data lake, providing functionalities for our direct marketing department and developing services for sales and web shops. The Product Owner discusses the objective and functionality with the relevant departments and proactively directs the team that builds and manages the date lake.
