Middle Strong/Senior Python Developer (offline)

You Perfectly Match If you have:
1) 3+ years of professional coding experience, preferably using Python
2) Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
3) Knowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket)
4) Experience with Linux/Unix (know your way around a shell)
5) Experience with AWS preferred
6) Strong refactoring skills
7) Experience in API design
8) Experience in building scalable systems
9) Good understanding of security/access control, scalability, high
availability, and concurrency patterns
10) Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile software team
11) English: at least Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:
1) Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering, etc.) or a combination of education and related
experience
2) Strong written and verbal communication skills to easily work across the
organization
3) Experience in mentoring less experienced team members
4) Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative
environment

Your day-to-day activities:
1) Develop new products and features using leading-edge technology
2) Work closely with our QA team to ensure the operation and correctness
of new product features through test-driven development (TDD)
3) Provide technical input and knowledge to your scrum team for the
planning, design, and requirements process for new products and
features
4) Collaborate with other engineers to review code and participate in pair-
programming
5) Drive architecture for complex products by determining current limitations
and coming up with creative solutions
6) Improve the performance, maintainability, and operations of the
codebase
