QA - Manual, for ongoing product project (offline)

Looking for a team player that will be involved in our goals and passionate about what we do.
Our system is large and has lots of moving parts.
We are looking for a QA specialist that will be able to take the system's functionality to the edge (in non-trivial ways).
Someone who understands usability and will be involved and contribute to the product vision.
We are looking for someone who –
β€’ Is a real problem solver and out of the box thinker.
β€’ Someone who understands usability (UX/UI)
β€’ Autodidact, curious and creative.
β€’ A soul player that can work in a team.
Requirements
β€’ Experience with Jira.
β€’ At least 1 year of QA experience.
β€’ Excellent communication skills.
β€’ Experience as a user and QA with digital marketing/CRM platforms – a must.
β€’ Experience with Hebrew QA (RTL alignment) – a must.
