Full Time IT Recruiter (offline)

This is a Full time office based job to work in our Offices in Lviv or Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for recruiting the best specialists to increase our team of developers.
You will manage the full cycle of recruiting process
— Search, screen and attract candidates
— Write feedbacks and summaries in English
— Conduct HR interviews with candidates in Ukrainian/ English
— Check references from previous employers (verbally and in written)
— Take care of full on boarding process
— Communicate with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
— Work on a day-to-day basis with management
— Maintain candidate database
— Monitor job market

Requirements
— At least 1year+ experience in IT recruitment
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Experience in closing IT vacancies (PHP, FrontEnd, Android, iOS …)
— Experience successfully closing vacancies of various degrees of complexity (Junior - Team Lead)
— Market knowledge
— Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
— Excellent negotiating skills
— Literate Ukrainian and Russian
— Upper intermediate English
— An existing network (your own) of specialists -welcomed but not mandatory
— Strong personality
— Result orientation


A plus (but, not essential)
— Technical background
— Ability to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin (GitHub, Twitter and so on)
