Project Manager (Middle+) (offline)

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects;
- Experience in Mobile & Web development is obligated;
- Proven project planning skills and delivering projects on time;
- Solid soft skills is a must;
- Technical background: development / design / QA expertise;
- Experience in Demo, Planning, Retrospective meetings;
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written english is a must.

As a plus:

- Experience in Business Analysis;
- Strong problem solving and negotiation capabilities.


Responsibilities:

- Preliminary analysis of IT projects, estimation of their scope, necessary resources and costs;
- Organizing the process of software development from scratch;
- Ability to recognize project risks and bottlenecks and mitigate their impact;
- Regular communication with main project stakeholders about its progress and possible risks;
- Critical thinking and finding optimal solutions for the project needs;
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation.
