Lead Game Designer is a key specialist who ensures the productivity of the game designers` team in the company, identifies and removes obstacles in the development of the game design. He/she is actively involved in creating the design of the game, supports the creativity and professionalism of the whole team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The professional growth of the game designers team.
- Planning, detailing, and monitoring the work of the game designers.
- Developing and implementing the system of estimations.
- Tracking the game trends, generation of ideas.
- Creating original materials for our games and team development.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar position in-game projects from 4 years, 2+ years as a Lead.
- Experience in managing a team of 5+
- Experience in team development.
- Understanding the mobile gaming market.

NICE TO HAVE: a portfolio with a successful implementation of the game projects.
