ABOUT THE ROLE
We are expanding our tech team in Ukraine and looking for a talented Technical Writer / Librarian to help us bring our unique data products to the market. This is a remote opportunity, based in Kiev. What you will work on will challenge the status quo and change our industry forever.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and engineering projects and the documentation requirements
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for both engineers and product team members
Stay aligned with releases and updates to write product and technical documentation for developers, and other employees, within the engineering knowledge base
Manage and maintain updates and revisions to documentation aligned with product releases and updates.
Visualize data processes, flows into diagrams, mind-maps, flow charts, etc.
Involved with the administration of our related technology stack.


You have:
Impeccable written English and love for beautifully written texts. MS in English preferred
Experience writing and managing software documentation
Excellent skills in writing, editing, research, and planning
Experience working with flow chart/mindmapping software
Understanding of what makes documentation clear and effective
Experience using Linux, command-line, HTML/CSS, and at least one programming language (does not have to be from a professional context)
Experience using static site generators and managing docs as code
Experience working remotely.

Highly organized; able to triage and prioritize numerous issues and projects
Able to work from a coworking space in Kiev once a week most of the year
Able to succeed in a fully remote, distributed work environment.
