Python Team Lead (offline)

Python Team Lead is a member and Lead of an Agile-oriented cross-functional team of software engineers, business systems analysts, software testers, technical writers, and graphic designers who leverage software to solve real-world problems.

Professional skills required:
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Python software engineering
• At least 2 years of experience on Team Lead role or strong knowledge of software development process with ability to quickly switch to the lead role.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Best Practices and Design Patterns
• Good understanding of Agile work approach and its benefits
• Deep understanding of Python Core
• Strong OOP/OOD skills and excellent quality of produced code
• Experience of success working directly with a client
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
• Define architecture of a developed project(s)
• Technical leadership
• Customer communication
• Take project ideas from design to implementation
• Development of new features for the application
• Take part in team activities such as design reviews, code reviews, live demos to stakeholders, etc
• Review and maintain product backlog with teammates
• Take part in prioritizing technical responsibilities
• Participate with other team members in brainstorming and decision-making sessions
• Evaluate new opportunities and create estimates for incoming projects
• Support project through all phases
• Coordinate activities of all project participants
