Sales Manager (offline)

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team!

Required hard skills:
β€’ At least 4-5 years of experience in IT (service or product company) active sales operations, business development or/ and engagement;
β€’ A proven track record of successfully closed deals in IT;
β€’ CRM experience (HubSpot is preferable);
β€’ Absolute understanding of SDLC, software integration and tech support services;
β€’ Experience with Outbound - Inbound and Offline - Online sales;
β€’ Solid knowledge of winning sales techniques, sales pipeline flow, qualification process, cross-department functionality and document flow;
β€’ True experience of full-cycle sales operations (from a Lead to the Contract)
β€’ Knowledge of the latest trends in sales, strong understanding of digital market & research;
β€’ English level - at least proven Upper-Intermediate (B2) but Advanced (C1) is highly preferable.

Perfect to have:
β€’ Managerial experience (not obligatory);
β€’ Understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication, way of thinking and doing business;
β€’ Previous experience of business operations in MENA and GCC countries;
β€’ Engagement expertise with mid-size companies, large enterprises and public sector companies;
β€’ Previous experience of business trips and living overseas

You will be personally responsible for:
β€’ running of self-organized full-cycle sales operations utilizing outbound channels;
β€’ selling and promoting company services and products mostly in MENA and GCC;
β€’ structuring and managing your personal client database in CRM;
β€’ accuracy of internal client-related data storage and data protection;
β€’ account management operations (optional);
β€’ perfect document flow within a complete life cycle of a potential client;
β€’ initiatives on how to improve our daily business development and sales operations.
