IT System Analyst (offline)

Key responsibilities:

∙ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∙ Provide integration and build interfaces with internal/external solutions.
∙ Writing specifications for features and products.
∙ Deploy new functional modules according to business requirements.
∙ Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes that address root cause of specific problem.

Requirements:

∙ 0,5-1 years of experience with MS SQL Server Database/Integration Services
∙ 0,5-1 years of experience in programming (preferably C#)
∙ Understanding of ITIL principles would be a plus
∙ Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies would be a plus
∙ Excellent analytical skills
∙ Creative approach to problem solving
∙ Good communication skills
∙ Good teamwork and collaboration
∙ English: Upper-Intermediate and higher
∙ Fluent Russian and Ukrainian
