iOS Developer (offline)

As our Sr. iOS Engineer, you will drive that mission forward in the most fundamental way: by building our product. You’ll architect, code and deploy front-end designs with a ​mindset​ of ​empathetically​ guiding the user journey with reliable, intuitive features from quality, performant code. You’ll also ​research​ and ​apply​ libraries and frameworks that enable those features, and the back-end APIs that power them. You'll keep our internal systems clean by eliminating bugs, cleaning up performance, and refactoring outdated code, as well as maintaining and improving our continuous integration and automation.

In doing so, this role executes on the final and most critical piece of our product plan, synthesizing the outputs from the product, customer feedback, and design to reliably deliver on our vision to our customers, creating a lasting product they love and share.

Our candidate has such knowledge, skills and experience:
- ​5+ years of iOS development experience;
- Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design;
- Specialist domains: third-party libraries for iOS, automated testing frameworks;
- Experience with user-facing, social networks, or video mobile applications;
- Adheres to Clean Code standards;
- Expert in iOS application architectures;
- Agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and responsible experimentation;
- Expertise with Swift and iOS persistent data stores.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: ​BA/BS in Computer Science or commensurate experience.

KEY BUSINESS ACTIVITIES: ​Design and build reliable applications for the iOS platform. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

You will be responsible for:
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
- Ensure quality deployments;
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform, in a way that can be tested and iterated;
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Your key results will be:
- Design and architect a module and scalable application that enables many mobile developers to develop quickly and seamlessly. Minimize repetitive releases containing critical bugs.
- Integrate a CI/CD pipeline with a full suite of tests. Work to achieve zero incomplete sprints.
- Design and implement a scalable and maintainable architecture for event/analytics handling.
- Design and implement a feature toggling system for robust A/B testing. Complete 10 story points per sprint.
- Decrease the time between deployments, and add unit and UI tests for the entire application.
