Digital Marketing Specialist (offline)
We are looking for experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will provide building an efficient marketing process, implement and engage new ways and ideas for successful company growth. You will execute marketing strategy and channel tactics, research the market, perform deep customer analysis, do funnel analytics, coordinate content production and promotion. You will closely collaborate with executive management and report directly to CЕO. If you are passionate about marketing, new trends and IT-sphere, please send your CV.
Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist
● Knowledge of SMM, PPC, SEO, e-mail, content marketing principles and techniques
● Good analytical skills, understanding A/B testing
● Knowledge of Google Analytics
● Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp or others)
● Market research and analysis experience
● Upper-intermediate English is a must, both oral and written
● Good communication skills
● Proactive approach, setting ambitious goals, being self-managed
Would be a plus:
● Experience in working for digital agency (IT sphere is preferable)
● Experience in developing B2B brand communication
● Good understanding of B2B sales, PR, customer care processes in B2B
Responsibilities:
● Execute and contribute to the brand strategy
● Coordinate the brand’s website development (create prototypes, messaging, work with contractors, ensure delivery)
● Design digital media campaigns according to business goals (PPC advertising, content promotion, lead generation campaigns)
● Work with content, design, and technical specialists to create case studies and content aimed to promote the brand (including website content, email, press releases, blogs, social media, banners and more)
● Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
● Seek out new opportunities and channels to raise brand awareness
● Provide analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity, MQL
● Develop and monitor marketing KPIs
