Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• Work experience in IT industry is a MUST, preferably with outsourcing/outstaffing company
• Strong knowledge of software development process, modern technologies, and project management
methodologies, and current trends
• Analytical skills
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Experience with handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences
to a positive conclusion
• Fluent English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Bachelor or higher degree

Nice to have:

• Working as lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche
• Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems

Responsibilities:
• Search for potential new clients from the USA and Western Europe
• Preparing business offers
• Handle objections
• Use different strategies to persuade the client
• Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and current clients
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling
propositions and differentiators
• Learn the Company’s product and services
• Research and development of new niches:
• Research and provide information on new business trends, channels for attracting clients and business
opportunities in these areas
• Use the experience and knowledge to create convincing commercial proposals
