Responsibilities:
β Communication with customers of our system (mostly email, social media communication)
β Providing consultation and assisting with technical issues of our customers
β Maintain and update our CRM

CopeCart is an online-based Sales & payments platform that allows vendors to sell software, digital products, physical products, and services. The companyβs revenue comes from the usersβ fixed monthly fees and a percentage from the usersβ revenue.
Product Importance:
In simple terms, CopeCart is a system that helps to optimize Sales of your online products or physical products, without leaving your home and while managing taxes all over the world.
