Operator dispatcher (offline)

Required work schedule:
flexible working hours
09:00-21:00,
21:00-09:00, day/night shifts

Your tasks:
Receive calls and emails from customers and inform them in a simple and understandable way about the services provided by the company, their prices and various options for choosing the type of trip.
Enter received and answered calls and emails in special statistics forms.
Provide the client with advisory information that can be used to select travel options.
Inform the client of any possible changes to the upcoming trip.
Solve conflicts with clients on their own or inform the manager about them.
In the event of an incident, record it in the system according to the approved protocol and inform the operating manager and owner of the company.
Negotiate with partners
Be polite and correct and maintain a positive image of the company.
Keep track of all incoming emails and respond to them in a timely manner.
Keep statistics of phone calls, correspondence and display it in the installed files.

Requirement:
Level English (upper-intermediate).
Excellent communication skills.
Customer Service oriented.
Previous experience in Call-center is a plus.
Experience in last place at least a year
Open to shift work.
Ability to react calm and quickly in spontaneous and stressful situations.
