Senior Web Designer (offline)

About the Role
3DLOOK is looking for an experienced graphic designer to bring some of our most important messaging and initiatives to life.
You should be a meticulous, detail-oriented illustrator as well as a bold creative with big picture vision. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll partner closely with product and marketing and sales teams to develop compelling designs from print assets to landing pages. You’ll also find innovative ways to evolve and scale our brand expression, and ensure everything we design is cohesive and reflect our voice and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
✓ 3+ years of experience in graphic design for mobile and web products;
✓ At least upper-intermediate level of English;
✓ Strong portfolio showcasing design work that has shipped to market as well as your design process;
✓ Understanding and up to date experience with modern web application technologies and responsive web design;
✓ Expert conceptual and technical knowledge of all Design principles (typography, color, layout, motion, etc.);
✓ Experience with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision and similar tools;
✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
✓ Ability to explain creative concepts, requirements, and process clearly and concisely;
✓ Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented;
✓ Self-motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn;
✓ Be passionate about the balance between strong usability and innovative, delightful design;
✓ Have a holistic approach to design and create elegantly simple solutions to complex problems;
✓ Understanding of basic guidelines for mobile and web/

As a plus:
✓ Experience of working with SAAS B2B products;
✓ Passion for fashion and experience in e-commerce;
✓ Experience with After Effects and other tools for creating animation;
✓ Experience with motion graphics and video editing;
✓ Basic understanding of Human-Centered Design и Design-Thinking;
✓ Experience with UX/UI design or working with UX/UI teams;

Responsibilities:
✓ Modernize and evolve existing brand standards and content including the development and creation of animated assets;
✓ Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to design a wide variety of marketing and sales assets which could include website splash content, video, animated gifs, marketing emails, social media posts, stories, ads, event signage customer sales decks and presentations;
✓ Work closely with US team on design, brand story, brand communication, decks, pitches, presentations;
✓ Prepare design files;
✓ Communicate daily with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all work is being executed to meet monthly and daily deadlines;
✓ Continuously search for and discover inspiration to evolve and scale company messaging as we become the technology leader and standard for mobile body scanning.
