Lead Database Developer (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with one or more databases from the list: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in database application development.
- Practical experience in data modeling and writing the stored code.
- Practical experience in the performance tuning of database servers.
- Practical experience with clouds: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellence communication and analytical skills.
- An upper-Intermediate level of English, written as well as spoken.
- Team management and leadership experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Play a subject-matter expert role in database code conversion automation.
- Manage migration of database objects, code, auxiliary scripts and data: from Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase ASE, DB2 to PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB.
- Develop databases and provide support in automating database testing tasks.
- Execute performance tuning of migrated applications on the target database.
- Participate in the development of products and tools for managing databases.
- Establish database code conversion best practices.
