Recruiter/HR (offline)

Requirements:
● 2+ year of proven experience as a researcher/ recruiter and participation in various selection processes
● Experience with recruiting Software — CRM Systems, HR databases
● You’re detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
● You are able to create clear and concise reports
● You have excellent written and verbal Ukrainian, Russian and least intermediate English


Responsibilities:
● Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
● Screen candidates resumes and job applications, selection, support of tests&assessment programs and interviews
● Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
