Senior Backend Developer (offline)

The work involves:

The company is looking for a high-level specialist to play a key role in revamping the online platform enjoyed by 100 million users worldwide. If you’re looking for challenges with server solutions and running cutting-edge NoSQL big data architecture, then look no further. Our complex environment of over 2.6 billion individual profiles, and over 9 billion historical records, will ensure that you’ll help solve big data challenges (using Hadoop, Hive, and other NoSQL solutions) while working in continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements:

◾ Experience in server-side development (5+)
◾ Experience with PHP;
◾ Extensive knowledge in OOD, architectural and design patterns;
◾ Experience working with complex database schemas;
◾ Experience in continuous integration and deployment;
◾ Experience with end to end data and large-scale performance challenges;
◾ Written and spoken English.

Would be a plus:

◾ Knowledge of Symfony framework;
◾ Experience in different languages (Java, Python);
◾ Experience with big data (Sharding, Hadoop, Hive);
◾ Experience in building microservice architecture (pros and cons);
◾ Experience with AWS infrastructure.
