Lead UX/UI Designer (offline)

About the project:
XchangePlus is a one-stop data and document exchange platform that fully automates the transaction process from contract onwards, for all participants.
We provide access to real-time transactional data and source documents, so the most accurate and up-to-date information is instantaneously available.
The process of buying/selling real estate is complicated, frustrating, and outdated.
Updating the current system would require a massive overhaul that is too risky and/or disruptive for dominant market leaders whose present success stands on traditional methods.
We’re here to change all of that. We firmly believe that buying/selling a home should be as simple as trading stock, just a few clicks of a button.

Responsibilities:
Lead the distributed design team (Kyiv + Chicago, IL);
Mentor and improve designers' level;
Provide UX/Design improvements ideas;
Present Designs of requested features to the stakeholders for approvals;
Close work with the PM to engage in user research and define design tasks;
Design and prototype multiple variants of the feature implementation;

Requirements:
The portfolio that is available for review;
Experience in Lead position for at least one year;
Experience of optimizing design processes;
Ability to Lead the design team with up to 5 design projects;
Knowledge of usability principles and techniques;
Proficiency with Figma, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe XD;
Knowledge of HIG & Material Design guidelines;
Deep understanding of user-oriented design methodologies and modern tendencies of UI;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
Ability to generate ideas and provide feedback.

Nice-to-have:
Experience in creating animations;
Experience in conducting Customer Interviews and prototypes testing;
