CV&AI Technical Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
Leading Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence team;
Setup and control proper development processes in the teams;
Making architectural decisions and solving complex algorithmic problems;
Implement high standard application guidelines (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud-based, etc.);
Conduct knowledge transfer;
Participate in tech plannings and brainstorming with other R&D Tech Leads, R&D Department manager and CTO;
Report to Department Manager and CTO

Experience:
4+ years of production experience;
Strong Machine Learning / Deep Learning in Computer Vision experience;
Good Algorithmic and Architectural skills;
Python and/or C++ experience;
Tech Leading experience would be a plus;
Strong Mathematical background would be a plus;
English level Intermediate or higher.
