Graphic Designer (Product. Startup. Equity) (offline)

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven experience as a graphical designer or similar role
• Will need skills in both digital media and graphical design as a key member of the marketing team at Shelf
• Strong motivation to contribute to the success of a product that has a revolutionary impact on how people utilize digital content
• Intelligent, free thinker, who is willing to become multi-disciplinary
• Has a deep appreciation of quality
• Being aware and embracing the latest trends in design
• Being fluent in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Ability to create from scratch vector-based graphics and icons, gifs, animation
• Comfortable both collaborating with a diverse Team of marketers, sales, BAs and working independently
• Excellent time-management skills, ready to work with tight deadlines to meet the ambitious goals of the company
• At least Upper-Intermediate English, both written and oral
• Willingness to take on roles not defined within the job description

As a plus:
• Experience designing and launching a new website
• Familiarity with modern web design, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals, content creation and integration, campaign development and marketing promotion
• Software industry experience

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize visuals based on the requirements and creative briefs
• Drive and improve the visual perception of the brand in digital formats — a strong focus on the corporate website, specific landing pages, and other assets in public web
• Create business presentations, infographics, promotional materials, digital newsletters, and print materials
• Prepare design materials for events, conferences, tradeshows, social media and more
• Create supporting artifacts to facilitate communication including presentations, style tiles, style guides, and supporting graphic assets
