Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Forming questionnaires and conducting interviews with stakeholders;
• Running split tests to verify different hypothesis;
• Performing of market and competitor analysis;
• Analysis of big data;
• Preparing presentation materials;
• Combining all the gathered information into the complete and comprehensive reports;
• Data gathering, conducting internal and external research, based on all types of data.
• Monitoring the activity of financial market players, new services & solutions to increase competitive knowledge & identify unique features.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of statistics, data collection and analysis methods, including time series analysis methods, big data analysis and forecasting principles;
• Knowledge of software analysis products (Excel obliged). Knowledge of Excel Power Query / Pivot / BI, R is desirable but not obligation;
• Ability to work independently without supervision;
• Be experienced with market and competitor analysis
• Ability to work well with numbers and analyze complex data;
• Understanding of financial metrics and reporting;
• Knowledge of English B1-B2.
