Shifting Gear has been founded in 2019 to help ambitious companies identify their strategic goals using our experts. With our Shifting Gear MIS application, we show where they stand in realizing those goals. To this end Shifting Gear offers entrepreneurs a strategic canvas and matching management information system that shows the company performance in a simple to understand and visually attractive set of dashboards.

The Shifting Gear Management Information System (MIS) is the dashboard application built in Laravel, with a Bootstrap 4 admin panel front-end. It displays the strategic and financially important data from our PostgreSQL database in a visually appealing manner. Our brand promise is that we make the life of our customer easy. One of the things this implies is that we take care of importing their data into our system.

Responsibilities:
- New features development

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a PHP Developer
- Experience with Laravel or Symfony
- Deep knowledge of SQL
- Experience with jQuery, JavaScript
- Upper-intermediate+ level of English
