Sales Development Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:

Manage internal CRM system for leads, customers and partners
Perform outbound lead prospecting and generation through extensive phone and email communication
Manage product up-sell activities via targeted communication
Continuously iterate on sales process
Requirements:

2+ years of IT Sales experience in product or service companies.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills
