Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive selling industry. We are currently creating a dynamic team of Sales Specialists in our marketing campaigns project. This is a long term project with growing tend. We help innovative dealers leverage our web-based technology to increase their dealership visibility in local markets. Our value proposition simply put, is that we generate more leads for less money. Leads generated online are much more measurable than a traditional lead generation for dealerships. It just makes sense since almost every one of dealership customers begin their search for a vehicle online.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers and finding new ones by using specific outbound calling activities. The successful candidate MUST have a Fluent English (both spoken and written), good communication and persuasion skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
β€” Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services
β€” Update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database
β€” Perform competitor research and work with statistics and data analysis
β€” Maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
β€” Follow up with customers by phone or email to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
β€” Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
β€” Handling customers as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
β€” Increase customer base
β€” Resolve customer concerns and questions by phone
β€” Capture all details of customer, call log and sales transaction accurately onto the system
β€” Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
β€” Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages will be a plus
β€” Experience in working with CRMs
β€” Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills, clear speaking and confident voice
β€” Good conflict resolution and stress management skills
β€” Able to work efficiently under minimum supervision, result-oriented mindset
β€” Strong computer user skills
β€” Ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

WILL BE A HUGE PLUS
β€” Previous experience in Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM systems, Telemarketing and Sales.
β€” Skills using appropriate computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
