CTO (Marketplace product Startup) (offline)

Startup of early stage as MVP delivery and goal to create peerless and way-out marketplace service to the textile industry. This is a co-ownership project of two partners from Germany and Denmark. One of the co-owners has more than 10 years expertise in textile trading and another partner is an expert in IT product marketing and product management. The global idea behind the business is to connect MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) sellers and buyers who orders small portions of textile that will optimise stocks and logistics and makes positive impact on the climate change.

You are expected to cover a role of technical manager and product owner to manage outsourced engineering team. You are required to be an expert in PHP to evaluate outsourced team estimations and results.

This is permanently remote and full time job and we suppose you are cool to manage distributed team and have good leadership and self-management abilities.

Your English is in a good Business level to be able to pitch technical part to the investor during the fund rising phase.

Perfect social and communication skills to build up a team that wins the race.

Product development has been started at the EOY2019 has delivered MVP by May 2020.
