Sales Manager Assistant (offline)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

— Execute sales strategies under the guidance of our sales lead
— Assist and support sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes and goals
— Assist the sales department in following up on sales leads
— Answer and respond to customer sales needs and objectives as needed
— Organize and arrange sales meetings and conferences
— Maintain and manage customer databases (CRM)
— Prepare and/or assist with sales presentations
— Coordinate between sales and production departments
— Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff
— Attend & organize networking & tech meet-up events
— Light Administrative duties ie. Accept deliveries, office inventory, opening/closing duties
— Various other sales support duties as needed Requirements

Requirements:
— 2 years minimum experience working in sales/customer service environment
— Experience with Pipedrive/SalesForce
— Strong technical aptitude
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Schedule flexibility (8-17, 10-19, 14-23, 16-01)
— Able to work independently with little supervision
— Able to work in a team environment, even when teammates are located globally
— Is responsible, takes initiative, takes pride in their work
— Types 35+ wpm
— Engaging and friendly personality
— Entrepreneurial spirit
