Team Lead QA Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
4 + years of working experience in software quality assurance;
2+ years of working experience in team leading;
Experience in testing Mobile(for iOS and Android platforms)/Web applications and Web services;
Understanding of mobile testing specifics, knowledge of UI guidelines, hands-on experience in releasing mobile apps to App/Play stores
Adb/X-Code/Android SDK practical knowledge on a level required to perform, day-to-day testing tasks (debugging, checking logs, applications installation, etc.)
Understanding of the way Webworks — HTTP, AJAX, JSON, etc.
Experience or good understanding of backend testing;
Experience with any bug tracking tool;
Programming knowledge will be a good plus;
Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken is a must, required well-developed communication skills.
Demonstrates analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and attention to details;
Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment;
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Direct leading and technical mentoring of QA engineers (manual and automated);
Motivating team members and participating in evaluating their professional achievements and performance;
A Team development (involvement in hiring/personal development plan/resource management etc);
Full coverage of QA processes in Scrum based process environment;
Creation, maintenance and ownership of testing documentation;
Participate in the analysis of product requirements;
Monitoring, controlling and updating the QA artifacts being used on the project: test plans, checklists, test cases, testing reports, bug reports, sign-off report, etc.;
Define scope for regression testing;
Collaborate with other team members.
