Business Analyst in HR/Recruiting domain Middle/Senior (offline)

With high chances, we will provide you with the following project that requires the development of a Complex Applicant Tracking System merged with the Human Resource Management System.
Due to project specifics, we need to start part-time on Discovery Stage and hopefully switch to full-time load during the next few weeks.
Requirements:
— 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT sphere;
— Experience in HR and recruiting domain
— Practical knowledge of pre-sales processes;
— Strong organizational and analytical skills;
— Solid knowledge of business modeling techniques and notations (BPMN, UML);
— Working experience with both plan-driven and change-driven approach;
— Knowledge of requirements management tools;
— Knowledge of prototyping tools;
— English: Upper-Intermediate or above.

Knowledge of at least two domains is required:
— ERP systems
— E-commerce (Shopify, WIX, Woocommerce, etc.)
— Healthcare
Duties:
— Lead pre-sales discoveries;
— Review and analyze the RFP requirements;
— Facilitate estimation and solution design processes;
— Prepare and deliver presentations of suggested solutions;
