Business Analyst in HR/Recruiting domain Middle/Senior (offline)

With high chances, we will provide you with the following project that requires the development of a Complex Applicant Tracking System merged with the Human Resource Management System.
Due to project specifics, we need to start part-time on Discovery Stage and hopefully switch to full-time load during the next few weeks.
Requirements:
β€” 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT sphere;
β€” Experience in HR and recruiting domain
β€” Practical knowledge of pre-sales processes;
β€” Strong organizational and analytical skills;
β€” Solid knowledge of business modeling techniques and notations (BPMN, UML);
β€” Working experience with both plan-driven and change-driven approach;
β€” Knowledge of requirements management tools;
β€” Knowledge of prototyping tools;
β€” English: Upper-Intermediate or above.

Knowledge of at least two domains is required:
β€” ERP systems
β€” E-commerce (Shopify, WIX, Woocommerce, etc.)
β€” Healthcare
Duties:
β€” Lead pre-sales discoveries;
β€” Review and analyze the RFP requirements;
β€” Facilitate estimation and solution design processes;
β€” Prepare and deliver presentations of suggested solutions;
