Solution/Software Architect (offline)

SocialTech is a product IT company in the Social Discovery industry. We help people from all over the world get to know each other and interact via our sites. Now we have millions of users, a team of 150+ people, and we are not going to stop.

About our product:
On average, the company size is doubled every year. We need to scale our development team and infrastructure in order for the business to keep up such a pace. To do this, new microservices from our product were isolated and cross-functional teams were formed around them to independently develop different parts of the business. We already have a strong middle / senior development team working on this, and we want to strengthen it with a Solution/Software Architect to help us with the architecture improvement and its level control in the future.

Our technical stack:
● PHP 7+, Go
● MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
● ElasticSearch
● RabbitMQ
● Docker, k8s, GKE
● Microservice architecture + monolith as legacy
● HighLoad (10k+ rps, databases > 10ТВ)

● has successful experience in building and implementing architecture to ongoing business
● can both design an architecture that will enable the business to move quickly and provide the necessary architecture level in the future
● will monitor the trends of Cloud Native (graduated projects CNCF) and help teams implement new technological solutions
● is ready to be proactively engaged in teams work to ensure the necessary architecture level
● with Product Architect will ensure the consistency of technical and product architecture
● with CTO will develop and implement standards for the dev team
● with Infrastructure TL will ensure the stability of our infrastructure
