UX Designer (offline)

We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs with a strong User-centred design approach. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
We are looking for a user-experience designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Using best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in RPA, ML, and Chatbot projects is a plus
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Framer, UXPin, Axure)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
