We are looking for UI/UX engineer to our team!

We propose
- Fully REMOTE work with USA and Ukraine team
- At the beginning we will need you to work about 60-80 hours/month
- After couple months we might proceed and offer you a full time job
- We are very stable project. Some our team member work about 5 years at the project :)
- All team speaks Russian language

About project:
We are more that 5 years at the USA market!
What do we do: We leverage shoppable live video to seamlessly deliver the white glove experience of the physical showroom to shoppers browsing at home or on their phone.

Requirements
* 5+ years in UI/UX with Web & Mobile applications
* 5+ years in UI/UX with E-commerce products is a BIG plus
* Strong knowledge Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Zeplin
* Apple guideline
* Material design
* Experience working with a remote development team
* Experience working with a remote Product Owner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
* Strong Analytical skills - Cause and Effect Analysis
* Ability to understand and articulate how changes in technology impact customer experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to discuss and explain design options
* Ability to hear other’s opinion and get comments on your work
* Detail oriented
* Critical thinker
* Problem solver and customer-oriented

Responsibilities
* Create UI/UX design for Web and Mobile
* Plan and implement new designs 
* Optimize existing user interface designs
* Test for intuitively and experience
* Develop business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
* Create prototypes for new product ideas
* Test new ideas before implementing 
* Conduct an ongoing user research
* Experience working in a startup environment
