Unity Developer (offline)

Required skills
— Experience with mobile game development — having the right skills to build a Hyper Casual Game from end to end;
— Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management;
— Strong understanding of object-oriented programming;
— An advantage — Experience with particle systems and shaders;
— Good level of spoken and written English communication skills (to be able to interact with game developers from all over the world)

Responsibilities
— Implement game functionality as per communicated design;
— Communicate with other team members to establish effective pipeline and integrate media assets;
— Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
— Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
— Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems;
— Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Join our clients’ team in Kyiv — an Israeli company, that specialized in high-end mobile and social gamer acquisition. The company during the last 10 years working with global game development giants. They have created their own technology that analyzed gamers’ behavior, using Predefined Segmentation and Optimization tools along with Creative Analysis algorithms. Now the company are moving forward and focusing on game development. Therefore, we are looking for a brand new team to develop hyper-casual games from the ground up.
