Web/Graphic Designer (offline)

Requirements:
• A talented Web designer with 3-5 years of experience, capable of building a strong brand design system, shaping the entire brand experience and identity out there on the Global market, mostly in the US, Europe and Asia.
• Able to move our website up to the next level.
• Understand digital marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, including inbound methodology, content marketing, SMM, event marketing, email marketing, PPC and display ads, marketing automation, etc.
• A good team player able to work in a shared environment with people across sales, marketing, design, web dev, product dev, engineering, etc.
• Familiar with After Affects.
• Able to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Time management skills to work under deadlines.
• Task management skills to define and follow plans and priorities.
• Creative, flexible and responsive approach with good professional ethic.
• English – Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in presenting the TurnKey Lender solution in the best possible way to our website subscribers, visitors, leads, prospects, customers, supporters, partners, employee candidates and our entire team across multiple channels.
• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts to create different types of marketing and sales content, collaterals, presentations to cover the entire cycle from inception to mocking up to layouting to designing to implementing to full delivery.
• Work in close cooperation with Marketing Team.
• Develop and update the website design system.
• Perform all the work needed for the corporate website: design web pages (product pages, landing pages, web forms, interactive pages, etc.) and collaborate with the web development team to deliver the final product.
• Perform designs for social media, SMM ads, display ads, printed ads, emails.
• Creating logos and icons for product tools and add-ons.
• Develop corporate identity kits, style guides, workflows and brand books.
