Senior UI/UX Designer, Team Lead (offline)

Currently, we`re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer - https://ideals.jobs/vacancy/vacancy/senior-ux-ui-designer-team-lead/, Team Lead to join our Marketing Team, who will help us working on design solutions and implementing leading technologies in design that will allow reaching our targets in leads generating and improve user experience with the marketing sites of our products. Our ideal candidate is interested in both, leading the process and managing the team (30% of the time), and being directly involved in design work (70% of the time).

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Gathering and evaluating user requirements and behavior, in collaboration with SEO, managers, product and marketing departments;
— Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps;
— Designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets;
— Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables);
— Identifying and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
— Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images;
— Prototyping and share your ideas, designs and interaction experiences by creating working prototypes using current prototyping software;
— Partnering with developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout products, providing expertise and mentorship;
— Performing A/B tests;
— Mentoring and developing design team.

REQUIREMENTS:
— 5+ years of experience in visual design, including contributing as a leader in design;
— 1+ year of experience designing UX for web portals;
— Strong experience with Axure;
— Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch — depending on platform;
— Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely manner, with competing priorities and deadlines;
— Deep understanding of and high empathy for customers and their problems;
— Ability to create clean, visually consistent designs;
— Strong sense of ownership and accountability towards the products;
— At least B2 level of English.

WILL BE A PLUS:
— Knowledge of Adobe AE and/or Adobe Creative Cloud;
— Experience with Google Optimize or analogue, Google Analytics, Hotjar or analog;
— Familiarity with Interface Animation (IxD);
— Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript principles;
— Optimization of interface solutions for technical limitations.
