Lead Python (Django) developer (offline)

About the project

Its own product the e-learning system for the US market. The project started one month ago. The project helps kids to study English easily and fast.

Requirements

6+ years of commercial experience in Python software engineering;
5+ year experience with Django;
1+ year experience with MongoDB, Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or other SQL);
Understanding Frontend (CSS, HTML, jQuery);
Good knowledge OOP/OOD;
Web services/API experiences;
Higher technical education;
Stable work experience;
Linux experience.

Will be a plus:
Experience in managing people;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or similar;
Experience in NoSQL (Mongo, Redis);
Experience with Docker;
Good understanding of business logic.

Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring other team members (3+ members);
Development of back-end software using Python 2.7/3.x and Django 1.8+;
Perform code review, code merging, functional testing and bug fixing.
