Head of Marketing Department (offline)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven 3+ years of marketing experience on foreign enterprise-level markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in an IT company is preferable.
- Good managerial skills: able to keep and motivate the team.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, excellent judgment and ability to work in a fast-changing and evolving environment
- Successful use cases of combining multiple digital marketing channels (Content Marketing, SEO, SMM, CRO, Digital Ads, eMail Marketing etc)
- Excellent speaker and strong communicator with excellent written, presentation and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to travel, as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Marketing Department management (Organization, planning, and coordination);
- Consistent supervision & optimization of the business commercial performance
- Assessment of the effectiveness of managers, preparation of proposals to improve the quality of work;
- Work with personnel: training, professional development, conducting masterclasses
- Development and implementation of tools aimed at increasing the involvement and effectiveness of the team;
- Hiring, Training and developing new employees;
- Reporting on the results of the department to the director.
