OpsWorks Co. is a Ukraine-based IT engineering company. We specifically focus on providing professional DevOps and System Administration Services, delivering complex Engineering Solutions and Digital Transformation. We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Business Development Manager with strong marketing experience, who will drive the entire sales cycle, establish and develop сustomer service collaboration. This is a full-time and long-term position with the opportunity to grow to Sales Director and Marketing of the USA/EU branch.
Your Qualifications/Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Managed IT Services, or IT Services industry;
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing;
- Experience in selling IT outsourcing services is a must;
- B2B sales on US and EU markets experience;
- Experience with managing and mentoring teams;
- Building and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies experience;
- Experience in building and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers;
- The ability to motivate and inspire colleagues and team;
- Advanced English level is a must;
- High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing proposals on how to develop them;
- Development and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies;
- US and European markets development of sales and marketing;
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of sales and marketing managers;
- Design and development of company services;
- Attracting and negotiations with Enterprise clients.
Nice to have:
- Experience in building processes in outsourced startups from scratch;
- Experience in the position of Sales or Marketing Director;
- Selling Cloud IT business products and DevOps services;
- Technical degree in development or system administration;
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders.
