Business analyst (offline)

Requirements:

— 1−2 + years of experience in business or systems analysis
— Excellent skills at defining root causes and problem-solving
— Advanced communication and organizational skills
— The ability to be proactive and come up with practical solutions
— The ability to quickly get into technical details
— Familiarity with SDLC process
— Understanding of Agile manifesto, Scrum methodology
— Proficient level in BPMN, UML, DFD, ER diagrams
— Experience in working with Jira
— Experience in prototyping UX flows in Balsamiq, Axure or other prototyping tools
— Upper-intermediate English
