Lead Product Designer (offline)

Requirements:
— 5+ years’ experience in a similar role;
— Technical background;
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
— Quick starter and nimble/creative under project constraints;
— A portfolio demonstrating the breadth, creativity, process, and innovation in related fields;
— Expert proficiency in Sketch/Figma;
— Team-oriented attitude; you love to see software get shipped and take pride in realizing concepts as part of a product development team;
— Ability to receive and provide clear, honest and objective feedback.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in backend/database architecture;
— B2B UX/UI experience;
— Experience in conducting and interpreting usability research studies into actionable results;
— Entrepreneurial ownership mentality.

9. A little party never hurt anybody (winter/summer parties, Ski Trip etc).

Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to define and refine the scope;
— Provide deliverables and specs for developers (components library);
Conduct usability research studies;
— Iterate, and work with the greater team to deploy simple, elegant interfaces that are consistent, easy to understand, and intuitive to use;
— Seek out feedback from users and collaborators to help improve your work;
— Understand technical limitations and liabilities behind design decisions and effectively communicate your ideas to our engineers;
— Stay up to date with design trends and our competitive landscape.

Our Client is a Pan-European recruitment SaaS supplier operating from the Netherlands and serving over 650 clients. Сlient’s software is focused on facilitating and managing recruitment and staffing processes. As such, more than 10,000 users depend on the availability of the software for their day-to-day activities.

As a Lead Product Designer you will participate in delivering the designs for the new product, creating the components of the Design system, conducting usability studies, and other activities you can think of to build the best product offerings. You will collaborate with the UI/UX Designer, Product Owner and the team of Developers to ensure successful user experiences for our consumers.
