Product Manager (offline)

Our ideal candidate:

- Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
- Understand the product impact on company's business;
- Knowledge holder about the current product status and plans for its development;
- Understand the product value in the current status, the importance and necessity of its improvements, their value for business and company strategic goals achievement. Based on these criteria, together with Product Manager prioritizes the release backlog;
- Manage the behavior analysis process of product users;
- Responsible for the detailed description of the tasks at the BRD level and the coordination of the acceptance criteria with the development team;
- Advise developers (System Analyst) on the correct implementation of tasks during the work process and available for consultance during the release process;
- Have the right to propose changes for consideration and further coordination with the Project Manager within the sprint and release depending on the business need;
- Responsible for the acceptance of tasks in accordance with agreed and approved documentary requirements;
- Expand and detail BRD and describe detailed use-cases with the help of software.

We are interested in:

- 3+ years of experience in product management within dynamic, agile environments. Consumer-facing product experience or complex platform are preferred;
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams;
- Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions.

Main goals:

- Improve behavioral and business metrics overtime, starting with a comparison to the current platform;
- Customer needs satisfaction research and control;
- Control and delivery product tasks in time.
