Middle QA Engineer (offline)

Infopulse invites talented professionals to join our growing team as a QA Engineer for our project in the Banking/Finance field.
Our client is a market leader who serves the needs of financial regulators in more than 30 countries around the world.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for performing all testing activities for functional & non-functional testing. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the quality of software applications, who meticulously manages every detail and has good written and verbal communication skills. Applicants will be expected to be able to adapt to a fast-paced agile environment and be open to learning new technologies.

Areas of Responsibility
• Create, maintain and execute all manual test cases (including regression)
• Create, maintain and execute all non-functional testing
• Provide input according to the best practices (estimating, designing, developing, and executing test cases)
• Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs
• Manage priorities and set expectations when faced with multiple demanding tasks
• Ensure that all assigned QA tasks are run according to the agreed schedule and to an acceptable level of quality
• Meet with testers on other teams to offer recommendations and share results
• Ensure high levels of test coverage across all our product suites and platforms

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent educational, or professional experience and/or qualifications
• Proven experience as a QA tester or in a similar role
• Strong writing and speaking skills of communication in English
• Excellent attention to detail and a mind-set to do things right the first time
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles is a must (experience in Agile methodologies will be a strong advantage)
• Strong communication, technical, and remote collaboration skills are a must
• Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Attention to quality, accuracy, and completeness of work activities
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
• ISTQB certification is an asset
