Compliance Officer (offline)

*Your job will be:*

Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program;
Develop and review company policies;
Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports;
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations;
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk;
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk;
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes;
Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance;
Prepare the knowledge base;
Prepare for an annual ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certification audits;
Conduct routine internal audits;
Collaborate with the entire team.

*What we need from you:*

Proven 1+ year experience as a Compliance Officer or other relevant experience;
Advanced level of English is a must (both written and spoken);
Experience in companies international certifications obtaining would be a huge plus;
Knowledge of international certifications would be a plus;
Have high organizational skills, be result-oriented, time-management skills;
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail;
Ability to build relationships and establish trust;
BS/BA or equivalent.
